The crossing comprises an immersed tunnel section of 400 m in length of 4 elements each 100 m long. The tunnel width is 22,80 and the overall height is 8,45 m. TEC in association with the Municipality of Rotterdam provided design and supervision services to the Contractor STEC from Shanghai.
